• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoPost AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

10. Termination
